Shadow Commander

Description:
|
The ‘Shadow Commander’ is the face and the leader of the guild, but will delegate many of his responsibilities to the ranks below him or her. The big decisions regarding the direction and survival of this guild will be made by him or her, but this will be done in consultation with the Viceroy and the Inner Circle who will operate as a committee together.

Purpose:
|
Provide Direction and Maintain Cohesion of the Guild.
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
Set the overall direction for the guild;
Guardian of the lore of the guild;
Enhance the culture and resolve complaints;
Set an example for all others to follow.
Ensuring smooth running of the guild.
|
|
Privileges:
|
Access to all sections of the Guild Vault;
Promote/Demote Member;
Select rewards for guild levels;
Assign Standard Bearer;
Invite/kick members.
|
|
Viceroy
|
|
|
Description:
|
The ‘Viceroy’ is the 2nd in command and will need to be consulted by the Shadow Commander at all times regarding important decisions, but on most aspects has all the power of the Shadow Commander. He or she will need to be up-to-speed on all decisions in case the Shadow Commander takes leave of absence. In this sense the Viceroy acts like an heir-to-the-throne and steward at the same time.

Purpose:

Provide Structure and Administer the Guild
|

Responsibilities:
|
Manage the ranks structure within the guild;
Promote and demote users dependant on suitability;
Keep the guild charter, rules, etcetera are kept up-to-date;
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the guild.

|
Privileges:
|
Access to all sections of the Guild Vault;
Promote/Demote Member;
Assign Standard Bearers;
Invite/kick members;
Chance to become a Standard Bearer.
|
|
Dragon Blade
|
|
|
Description:
|
‘Dragon Blades’ are the highest ranking officers in the guild and have attained this position by showing great leadership skills on the battlefield, proving themselves to be master tactician and extremely adept at building alliances and relationships with other guilds, as well as recruiting new players and running events.
|
|
Purpose:
|
To Lead the War effort, recruit High Elves and Train Members
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
Lead the Lost Guard of Tor Anroc or Alliance Warbands into battle;
Organise with other guilds co-ordinated attacks on Destruction;
Rally the troops when a call-to-arms is raised, or raise on themselves;
Maintain relationships with current and potential allies;
Organise in-game events to promote our guild.
Raise the profile of the guild through PR in-game and on forums;Approach potential members and entice them to the guild;
Provide guidance and assistance to members in-game;

Warrior
|
|
|
Description:
|
‘Warriors’ form the bulk of the army of the Lost Guard of Tor Anroc but are not less important because of that. They will rally around our Inner Circle and will follow their orders to ensure maximum impact on the battlefield. Together we grow stronger.

|
Purpose:
|
Fight the War and Assist Members
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
Fight with Guild Members and Allies where possible;
Follow Inner Circle or Dragon Blade orders and call-to-arms requests;
Build relationships with other members of Order;
Enhance our reputation in-game where possible.
|
|
Privileges:
|
Access to the Guild vault;
Chance to become a standard Bearer.
|
|
Recruit
|
|
|
Description:
|
‘Recruits’ are new members to the Lost Guard of Tor Anroc and share the same responsibilities as Warriors. They will be promoted within two weeks or so when they have shown to fulfil these responsibilities and a respectable degree of activity.
|
|
Purpose:
|
Fight the War and Assist Members
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
Fight with Guild Members and Allies where possible;
Follow Inner Circle or Dragon Blade orders and call-to-arms requests;
Build relationships with other members of Order;
Enhance our reputation in-game where possible.
|
|
Privileges:
|
Access to the first two areas of the vault.

STANDARD BEARER
|
|
|
Description:
|
The ‘Standard Bearers’ are completely separate from the overall rank structure and any member of Warrior status and above may become a ‘Standard Bearer’. They must fulfil their ranks responsibilities in addition to their role as ‘Standard bearer’. ‘Standard Bearers’ who perform their roel well are likely to be considered for promotion to ‘Dragon Blade’.

To protect their standard;
To carry the standard into battle;
Aid in recruitment.

Claiming keeps on the guilds behalf.
